The Edge of Wales

I absolutely love the sea. I don't know what it is, but something about being by the coast immediately calms me. Overlooking this cliff edges was absolutely breathtaking, and one of my favourite memories of my week away.

These images are from my week holiday in South Stack, Anglesey, Wales. This was a trip with my family, and on this particular morning we set off on a little adventure and came across our own little cove in between the cliff edges. It was a beautiful hideaway and perfect for someone as camera happy as me. It was a brilliant place to sit and listen to the waves coming up on the shore.

The wind was actually pretty ferocious on the morning these images were taken, especially on the cliff edges. I have, however, tried my best to make it look as serene as possible and now, just look at these images make me feel calm.

All images shot on a 550D Canon using an 18-55mm lens on Manual setting with various setting changes throughout.
