Results With Lucy #2


As mentioned in my previous post which you can read here, I am taking part in the 'Results with Lucy' 'New Beginnings' plan. At the time of writing this, I am just over half way through the plan and I am actually so surprised I have made it this far. I would be lying if I said it has all be plain sailing, there have been times when temptations have taken over. Plus, having issues with my back which resulted in physiotherapy meant that I did miss some workouts.

All in all, however, it has been really great. The workouts have slowly increased in difficulty which has allowed me to slowly build up to harder exercises, and I starting to realise how far I have come with workouts. I think my main goal for the rest of the time will be trying to stick to the food suggestions as much as possible. They aren't set in stone but I do find myself straying from them from time to time. I am really excited to see the rest of the plan.
