Me Before You By Jojo Moyes

"You only get one life. It's actually your duty to live it as full as possible."

I had this book on my shelf for well over a year before I finally got round to picking it up. It was only when I saw the trailer for the film adaptation that is being released later this year, that I knew I had to read it.

15 lessons I learned in 2015

2015 was a big year for me, I pushed myself a lot and ended up learning so much about myself, other people and (as clique as it sounds,) the world. After reading the brilliant Rhianna's '15 things I learned in 2015', I was inspired to write my own post about lessons I had learned throughout the year. As I said, I grew a lot as a person so it was hard to get it my list down to just 15, but here they are:

Millie's Giant Birthday Cookie

Having a best friend who lives 200 miles away is pretty rubbish, especially when you can't afford to see each other regularly. It often means that Birthday and Christmas presents are stored away until the day we reunite, in fact, I still have her Christmas presents wrapped and in the bottom of my wardrobe!

The Year of 21

Happy Birthday to me!

Today is the day I wave goodbye to 21 and hello to 22 (crikey, I'm basically in my mid-twenties). This post is a reflective one, a hell of a lot happened my year as a 21-year-old, but here are my favourites from the year.

January On Instagram

| In a blog post, I reflected on my graduation | My family and I took a walk through the countryside | I missed Brighton, and I missed the sea | My first OOTD style Instagram pic | Sweet memories of Paris | My Winter Beauty Essentials | My Current Book of choice | Mid-walk selfie | Florence felt like a lifetime ago | My go-to perfume | Finally having creepers back in my life | Lazy days and messy hair | My new favourite moisturiser, ie. every lazy girl's dream | I made homemade granola and it was amazing | I worked really hard on blogging | I missed Paris some more |

Did anyone else feel like January dragged on forever, but at the same time, can't believe we are already into February? January was a strange month for me, I left my job after the rush of Christmas and New Year was over, I went away to Shropshire with my family and I began the daunting task of deciding the next step in my life.

I'm trying to up my Instagram game at the moment, although sticking to a theme is proving incredibly difficult, how do people do it? Nonetheless, if you would like to see more posts from me, here is a link to my Instagram and be sure to leave your usernames below.
