The Body Shop Sorbet: A Lazy Girls Dream

When it comes to moisturising I'm extremely lazy. It only takes around 5 minutes, but the idea of standing in the cold, particularly this time of year really isn't inviting. So when I received The Body Shop's 'Body Sorbet' for Christmas, I wondered how much use I would actually get out of it. Well, I needn't have worried because I absolutely love the stuff. It's hard to explain the texture, but it is extremely soft and matte, almost powdery, if that makes any sense at all. This light moisturiser rubs in almost instantly, leaving the skin soft and smooth.

The particular scent I have is 'Fuji Green Tea', which I don't think would be for everyone, due to it's unique smell, however I love it. The sorbet is available in 5 other scents; strawberry, mango, moringa, pink grapefruit and satsuma. I'm not a huge lover of fruit scents, so I definitely have my eye on the moringa sorbet for next time.

I couldn't actually rave about this product anymore, it's brilliant if you are in a rush, or like me, and just plain lazy when in comes to moisturising. You can find the range of sorbet products here.

  1. Ooh a "sorbet"?! How intriguing! I love discovering new products, this sounds lovely as I hate greasy moisturisers!

  2. i always moisturise when i am in bed. warm and cosy.

  3. I am exactly the same when it comes to moisturising. The strawberry sounds lush! X

  4. I can be lazy with moisturising my body, especially in the colder months like you said! This product sounds really amazing! I love The Body Shop anyway, so I'd have high hopes for the product before buying. I've never tried this scent before, so I'm not sure if I'd be a fan or not, but hey I can always smell it in store, that's my fave bit about entering, going round smelling all the amazing scents! I love fruit scents personally, the mango one is my absolute fave. I also got some of the glazed apple range for Christmas (AMAZING) hahaha xxx
