What Have I Been Up to

So as mentioned previously, I decided to take a couple of months away from my blog and social media in order to fully concentrate on my final few months of university (dissertation and all). I had originally planned to start blogging as soon as my deadlines finished, but decided to take some time before jumping back in. I wanted to do a little post about what I have been getting up to in the past few weeks.

Great Gatsby Party

One of my best friends from university threw a 1920s themed party for her 21st Birthday as few weeks ago. I was really looking forward to celebrating, but was a little apprehensive as I didn't know many people going. It turned out to be a brilliant night and I'm so glad I was there to celebrate, support my friend and meet so many people I had heard so much about.

Spending my last week at University with my friends

After all the deadlines and panicking was out of the way, me and my university friends decided to spend a couple of weeks enjoying the last bit of time we had together. Although we will keep in touch once we leave, it will be difficult to see each other as much as we would like. As the weather was rather crappy, we didn't really get to do as much as we would like, but did manage to fit in many film nights, a trip to Winchester and a group bowling trip... we most definitely know how to have fun!

Bridesmaid visit

My cousin is getting married in August so I went to stay with her for a few days to talk all things Wedding. As she lives in Essex and I live in Cheshire we don't get to see each other as much as we would like, so when I get to visit we always try to have as much fun as possible, usually including giggles, shopping and a few too many glasses of wine.

S Club 7

Halfway through May, I went to see S Club 7 at the O2 arena with a group of my friends. While I loved them as a child, I had some serious doubts about the concert potentially ruining all my memories of them. I couldn't have been more wrong. They were honestly one of my favourite acts I have ever seen perform and it just felt like a massive nostalgic party. Before heading to S Club 7, me and my three friends had afternoon tea at the Strand Palace Hotel near Covent Garden. It was so delicious and we were ready to burst of yummy sandwiches and cream cakes.

I've been getting up to a few other things which I will be doing blogposts about separately. Now I have filled you in on what I have been up to, please let me know what you have been doing? I feel like I have missed out on so much!
