In the Eye of the Beholder

Photography is something that I am so passionate about and often engrossed by. However, I often find that I focus on other peoples work rather than my own, using excuses like "I have no time", "my life is too boring to take pictures of" and any other excuse I can cunger up.  Last week I had a change of heart, so when I went on a short walk with my Mum I decided I would take my camera along too. I'm so glad I did as the sun was just setting and it made for some really nice shots and I really enjoyed playing around with it. Although I'm not particularly in love with the image above its a start towards taking more pictures and hopefully posting more images on my blog. After all the beauty of an image is in the eye of the beholder!

  3. Beautiful photo! And I know what you mean. Sometimes it's so easy getting caught up in our own excuses "too busy, too boring, blah blah". It's awesome that you're starting to post more of your own work now :)
