My Birthday in images

Yes, I finally reached the big 18 and decided to spend the whole of half term celebrating my birthday... any excuse! I was really lucky this week as my mum had taken the week off work too meaning we could spend a lot of time together... something we don't get to do often enough!

I had a really great day shopping in Liverpool with my mum and brother. I have never been before but thought it was a great place for shopping and will defiantly be going back!  I spent wayy to much money but kept justifying it by the fact it was my birthday! While we were there we stopped off for a cheeky cocktail and then headed to Bem Brazil an amazing buffet. Its basically an all you can eat buffet and then they bring (sooooo many) different meats round to your table such as sirloin, sausage and roast chicken. I was absolutely stuffed afterwards!
I had a really great day and it wouldn't of been the same if my mum and brother hadn't been there. I really appreciate how lucky I am. I will be uploading a post of my presents and the things I brought in Liverpool  soon!

Bloggers of the moment

I read a large selection of blogs and truely love them all! However, I do find that from time to time, I become slighty obsessed with a several of blogs and the bloggers behind them. Here are my favourties as of right now!

Zoella- I'm sure that many of you will have heard of Zoe's blog. Her images are what interests me most about her blog, I love how she edits them into such vintage pieces. Zoe talks about a range of topics from Beauty boxes to panic attacks so I'm sure there is something for everyone.

Sprinkle of Gitter- what I love most about Louise from a Sprinkle of Glitter is I feel so much that she is a 'real' girl. I don't know if its just me but sometimes I feel the bigger bloggers lead this perfect lives and they themselves are perfect (I know this actually isn't true!). Anyway, Louise makes me laugh a lot and I'm sure if you watch her Youtube videos too, you will know know how funny she is, and whats more, she has the most adorable baby ever!

Beautylishious- Hannah was one of the first bloggers that I found and it was pretty much her blog that persuaded me to do my own. I really like her posts, there not always the generic posts that you see on most people blogs and she often just posts about what she is loving at the moment. her blog layout is also too cute, I love how simple but fresh her header is.

Fashion is my H20- Since starting to blog I've only really had the odd chit-chat with people on facebook, However, I think Sarah is one of the people I have spoken too the most. We have only spoken a few times, but she has always been really helpful at giving advice and would definately be someone I would go to if I had a problem. In terms of blogging, I loveeee her blog. Its full of images and clothes from a style that absolutely love and I enjoy seeing what goregeous high street finds she publishes on her blog.

Each picture will link to the bloggers page... Enjoy!

How To Wear Leopard Print

There was a time when Leopard print reminded me of shorts skirts and fish net tights, but over the past year or so it has become one of my favourite patterns.
Firstly its such a versatile print that can be dressed up or down. Its also a great touch if you want to add a little pattern or colour to an everyday outfit, sometimes even a scarf can be enough!

Warning for leopard print
1. A too much is definitely TOO much. Try not to use more than one or two leopard print item, it can be overpowering and can go from lovely to ugly in one bracelet.
2. Similar to the first point, keep the rest of the outfit simple looking, using simple colours and preferably no other pattern.
3. If you are wearing more than one item with leopard print try to keep the pattern similar. believe it or not leopard print can vary in both colour and style.
4. Leopard print is quite attention-drawing, because of this make sure that you show off your best assets with these prints rather than your flaws.
5. Try to keep the leopard print item to a classic piece eg. leggings/jacket not REALLY short skirts.

Leopard print Wishlist
These are two items that I have been dying for recently, the Alexander McQueen Purse and
Choker shoe heels... they are to die for!

What leopard print items are you lusting over?

Primark Haul

I spent the last day of the Chirstmas holidays in Blackpool of all places. I had a really nice day but it was super winding, and I mean super windy.. I've never seen anything like it. We had to buy hats and gloves to keep us warm and I could barely breath it was that bad! I had a really fun day though and managed to win £5 on the fruit machine... wild times! ;)

Due to the wind being a bit of a nightmare. After a coffee in Starbucks we headed to Primark to pick up a couple of bits, i restrained myself and only ended up buying a few things which was good for me!

Fake Creepers £6.00 (Sorry no image) - I actually ended up getting these for free and the little old man at the till (bless him) was a little confused as they had no label and only when I checked my reciept after I realised I had got them for free!
